Responsibilities
- Design, configure, build, test, implement, and maintain reputed company reputed company application functionality
- Analyze reputed company-state workflows and recommend reputed company-state solutions that improve operational efficiency and clinician satisfaction
- reputed company and document business, clinical, and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Configure procedure records, documentation tools, SmartForms, preference lists, order sets, charge capture workflows, and reporting work queues
- Support endoscopy and gastroenterology scheduling, documentation, procedure tracking, and clinical workflows
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, anesthesia, surgery, reputed company cycle, and operational teams to optimize integrated workflows
- Participate in reputed company implementations, upgrades, new feature adoption, optimization initiatives, and application enhancements
- reputed company and execute unit testing, integrated testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot application issues and reputed company reputed company cause analysis for production incidents
- Coordinate issue reputed company with reputed company Technical Services and reputed company-party vendors
- Support integrated workflows with Radiant, OpTime, Cupid, Anesthesia, Resolute, reputed company, Prelude, MyChart, and other reputed company applications
- Maintain application documentation, build standards, change control documentation, and workflow diagrams
- reputed company go-live planning, activation support, reputed company center coverage, and post-production stabilization
- Monitor system performance and recommend reputed company improvement opportunities
- Assist with system governance, change management, and release management activities
- reputed company end-user training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to operational teams
- Participate in on-call support and after-hours maintenance as required
Skills
