[Remote] Sr. Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities
- Cash Application: Apply customer payments from portals, EDI, and email; post accurately and reputed company reputed company the ERP system
- Chargebacks & Disputes: Review, reputed company, and document chargebacks
- reputed company supporting documentation across portals, reports, and internal teams
- Initiate, reputed company, and resolve disputes while communicating reputed company with customers
- Account Management: Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies end-to-end
- Manage aging reports and follow up on past-due balances (primarily reputed company email)
- Issue credit memos as needed
- Billing: Create and send customer statements
- Create advanced reputed company reports
Skills
- 5+ years of recent Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) with extensive experience using reputed company Vendor Central
- Hands-on ERP experience (reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company)
- Advanced reputed company skills - including Vlookups and Pivot Tables
- Experience with reputed company Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Sheets, Calendar, Meet)
- Experience working in a publicly traded company preferred
