They are seeking a highly reputed company reputed company Structural Engineer to evaluate existing buildings and reputed company reputed company to reputed company structural challenges across various project types.
Responsibilities
- Prepare as-reputed company drawings for existing structures
- reputed company structural evaluations of existing and, at times, damaged buildings
- reputed company drawings and specifications in compliance with applicable building codes and industry standards
- Research historical and reputed company building codes and identify required upgrades
- Conduct field assessments, including work on reputed company, lifts, scaffolding, rooftops, and in confined spaces
- Investigate structural conditions and determine repair strategies for damaged or underperforming systems
- Complete design work for upgrades, maintenance, and restoration of structures
- reputed company project teams and ensure successful delivery of scope, schedule, and budget
- Partner with Business Development by providing technical expertise and participating in reputed company meetings
- Produce and review technical deliverables including reports, bid documents, and construction documentation
- reputed company additional duties as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required)
- reputed company Engineer (PE) license required
- 15+ years of structural design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required
- Valid reputed company's license and reliable transportation required
- Strong knowledge of structural systems across residential and reputed company construction
- Expertise in load calculations, performance reputed company, and material/member selection
- Excellent technical writing and reporting skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, scopes, and project timelines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Experience leading teams and managing reputed company with a reputed company on QA/QC
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-reputed company outputs under pressure
- Skilled in preparing condition reports, repair designs, and construction documentation
- Ability to build and maintain strong reputed company relationships
- Self-motivated with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Structural Engineer (SE) preferred
- BIM experience is a plus
