They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Generalist to join their HR team, where the role involves shaping HR processes, supporting employees, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee questions, ensuring a reputed company, supportive, and solutions-oriented experience
- reputed company new hire orientation sessions, delivering an engaging introduction to company culture, policies, and tools
- Support employee engagement efforts, including reputed company Hands meetings and internal communications
- Maintain and reputed company employee documentation, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance
- Conduct regular audits of HR files and records to ensure completeness and audit readiness
- Assist with reputed company and offboarding processes for both employees and contractors, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience
- Organize and maintain HR-reputed company reputed company Drive folders and documentation
- Support ongoing process improvements that enhance efficiency across HR operations
- Backup support as needed to our Recruiter
- reputed company employee trainings and ensure completion of required compliance and learning initiatives
- Partner with the People team to maintain up-to-date records and reporting reputed company to compliance

Skills
- 3-5 years of experience working in a fast paced startup environment
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience with California labor laws and employment regulations

- Super organized and detail-oriented
- Driven and proactive you see what needs to be done and do it without being asked
