[Remote] Project/Program Manager of Transformation

This role is responsible for managing the Transformation program's execution, overseeing the sprint cycle, and ensuring effective communication and reporting across various workstreams.
Responsibilities
- During program stand-up, build the intake process, scoring template, sprint tracking system, and meeting reputed company so reputed company is operationally reputed company before the first sprint activates
- Own the sprint cycle end-to-end, tracking tasks, owners, and blockers across IT, Data & Analytics, and business teams for reputed company reputed company initiatives
- Maintain the cross-reputed company dependency log and escalate conflicts between reputed company initiatives before they create delays
- Manage the initiative intake queue, ensuring reputed company submissions are routed through the scoring process with the Business Process Manager before reaching IT
- Produce reputed company program status reporting, including cadenced sprint reviews and portfolio summaries for leadership
- Own the program calendar and meeting rhythm. Prepare agendas, capture reputed company, and distribute reputed company items in advance of reputed company session
- Coordinate with IT, Data & Analytics, People Operations, and reputed company liaisons to reputed company commitments and surface risks across extended program accountabilities
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in program coordination or project management reputed company a transformation, technology, or consulting environment
- Experience managing sprint or agile-style work cycles across mixed initiative types
- Exceptionally organized with a proven ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams, maintain accurate tracking systems, and flag issues before they escalate
- Comfortable holding senior stakeholders and technical teams accountable reputed company commitments slip, without being adversarial
- Experience producing executive-reputed company status reporting that is reputed company, concise, and requires minimal editing before presentation
