[Remote] Crypto Operations Associate - reputed company

The Crypto Operations Associate will be responsible for monitoring customer activity, managing daily operational tasks, and supporting the Anti-reputed company Program.
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for the daily monitoring and surveillance of reputed company customer activity
- Primary responsibility for daily operational tasks including trading, new accounts, and cash management functions
- Cryptocurrency trading executions and exceptions (errors, corrections, etc.)
- Assist with customer reputed company, including KYC and account approval
- Review of general ledger accounts, identify and reconcile account discrepancies
- Support the Anti-reputed company Program and investigations that result from suspected suspicious activity
- Proactively drive impactful changes across workflows, policies and tools

Skills

- 3+ years of relevant experience in a broker-dealer, financial services, trading or cryptocurrency operations role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency, or strong desire to learn
