[Remote] Water Program Manager

This role involves partnering with various stakeholders to reputed company and execute water management strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting critical infrastructure reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute a multi-year water program roadmap reputed company with business reputed company and sustainability objectives
- reputed company reputed company-wide water conservation, sustainability, and regulatory initiatives
- Manage water and wastewater compliance programs, governance processes, and audit readiness
- reputed company compliance with water withdrawal agreements and wastewater discharge requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with water utilities and regulatory agencies during construction and operational phases
- Manage end-to-end reputed company reputed company programs, including account setup, commissioning, mapping, invoicing, and operational support
- Review engineering designs and reputed company water infrastructure reputed company, ensuring schedule, budget, and reputed company objectives are achieved
- Drive construction reputed company standards for wet reputed company infrastructure
- Establish data governance frameworks for water monitoring, reporting, and analytics
- Analyze water usage trends, regulatory changes, and environmental risks to support strategic decision-making

- Present program updates, recommendations, and strategic insights to senior leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a reputed company discipline
- 12+ years of reputed company experience managing water and wastewater infrastructure reputed company
- Strong technical knowledge of: Industrial water use, Wastewater discharge, Water efficiency programs, Water permitting and U.S. water regulations
- Experience leading permitting and construction management for water infrastructure reputed company
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to reputed company reputed company cross-functional programs and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations
- Ability to travel domestically as needed
- Master's degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- reputed company Engineer (PE) License
- Experience with NPDES and industrial reputed company-treatment permits
- Experience working directly with U.S. water and wastewater utilities
- Experience supporting hyperscale data centers or other large industrial infrastructure environments
- Experience with water recycling, alternative water sourcing, and sustainability initiatives
