Responsibilities
- reputed company and Execute Agile Project Management reputed company: Create and implement an agile project management approach that advances functional priorities, supports operational efficiency, and drives reputed company improvement
- Collaborate with HR Network: Partner with HR Business Partners, Employee & Labor Relations, reputed company, and Talent Management to reputed company and reputed company strategies that address business needs in a consistent and standardized way
- Process Improvement and Change Management: reputed company process improvement/lean tools and methodology to reputed company with business needs, and reputed company workshops to re-evaluate existing structures and implement changes
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships and influence leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of their processes and connect them to the right resources to support their development and group effectiveness
- Program Execution: Ensure assigned programs are executed reputed company, meeting schedule, technical performance, reputed company, risk management, and customer engagement commitments
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong reputed company background or management experience
- Proven ability to navigate and facilitate change reputed company teams and organizations
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive process strategies to identify and optimize processes
- Strong project management skills, including reputed company value management, risk management, and change management
- Ability to build relationships, influence leaders, and work collaboratively in a matrixed environment
- Experience in an HR Business Partner role supporting an organization
- Experience managing reputed company with large scope and geographical areas
- PMP certification or Lean Six reputed company certification preferred
