Responsibilities
- Define and iterate on the engagement models for our reputed company (high-touch) and Scaled (tech-touch) tiers to maximize efficiency
- reputed company a standardized Account Health Scoring system that identifies risk across the entire 1,000+ account reputed company
- Transition reputed company from informal reputed company-based collaboration to a reputed company internal knowledge reputed company and formal playbooks

Skills
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience managing a reputed company team (or 4+ years as a Senior/reputed company CSM reputed company for the reputed company)
- reputed company CS Background: Proven experience managing both high-touch reputed company accounts (QBRs, multi-stakeholder navigation) and Scaled/Digital segments (automation, mass communication)
