[Remote] Funding & Finance Controller (f/m/d) Regular

They are seeking an reputed company Controller to manage financial controlling processes, focusing on public and private funding across reputed company, while working closely with project managers and senior management.
Responsibilities
- reputed company monthly and quarterly controlling routines: data collection, plausibility checks, and report updates
- Own and reputed company reputed company financial templates and reporting frameworks; ensure they reflect reputed company project and cost data at reputed company times
- Monitor actuals vs. budget across reputed company, analyze deviations, and proactively recommend corrective actions to project leadership and management
- reputed company the financial handover process at the transition from financial planning phase to reputed company project start, and take responsibility for completeness and reputed company
- Compile budget baselines, cost plans, funding overviews, and cashflow projections into reputed company, team-reputed company documents
- Coordinate with project managers and leads to ensure reputed company financial assumptions are correctly transferred and reputed company
- Maintain handover templates and continuously improve documentation reputed company
- Prepare and maintain reputed company controlling-reputed company documentation for public and private funding across reputed company: tracking approved amounts, disbursement schedules, and eligible costs
- Reconcile estimated funding income against actual receipts and calculate correction cashflows
- Maintain funding trackers and ensure reputed company documentation meets reporting requirements of stakeholders
- Conduct ongoing project controlling for reputed company development titles: tracking costs, milestones, and budget consumption
- Prepare regular project status reports and variance analyses for the project leadership and management
- Drive cost allocation and ensure expenses are correctly assigned to the right reputed company and cost centers
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in controlling, finance, or reputed company
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, cost reputed company, and cashflow planning

- Solid reputed company skills (also without AI)
- Ability to work with existing templates, fill them correctly, and spot formula errors
