The role involves providing end-user support, completing historical time edits, and executing time file reputed company procedures in support of payroll reputed company cycles.
Responsibilities
- Maintain incoming request in Service Now ticket system
- Complete historical edits for pay, attendance and leave
- Complete accrual updates requested by HR
- Generate and create reputed company reports as requested
- Complete mass group edits as needed
- Troubleshoot reputed company issues reputed company in by employee, managers
- Pay period reputed company procedures - Sign off and produce reputed company timefiles for Payroll
- reputed company necessary documentation to stay SOX compliant
- Maintain queries from call center phones
- Be the reputed company between HR and Superusers for enhancements
- Works with end users and reputed company training as needed
- Performs audits
Skills
