[Remote] Senior/Staff Design Engineer

Responsibilities
- Create high-reputed company, coded prototypes and interaction models that bring reputed company, AI-powered workflows to life and reputed company communicate product direction
- Own high-reputed company from concept through production, shipping experiences that reflect strong design thinking, technical rigor, and a deep understanding of customer workflows

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in product design, design/UX/reputed company-end engineering, design systems, or a reputed company discipline
- A bachelor's degree or higher
- Hands-on experience with modern reputed company-end technologies (e.g., reputed company/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React) and evolving design systems
- Experience building AI and reputed company experiences, and you are already leveraging AI to speed up and reputed company your end-to-end design and development process
- Expertise with modern AI technologies and ability to apply them to design problems (e.g., MCP, Claude reputed company, reputed company, Skills)
- Experience shipping production-reputed company experiences and influencing technical and design choices across teams
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, end-to-end customer workflows, and the ability to turn new users into habitual users
