Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical specialist, performing, overseeing and sometimes leading hydrologic, hydraulic, and geomorphic modeling and analyses in collaboration with scientists, engineers, landscape architects and other specialists on fish reputed company and reputed company restoration reputed company
  • Receive broad guidance from senior-level management relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts and policy reputed company, with flexibility for independent execution of reputed company modeling tasks

  • Demonstrated experience working reputed company regulatory processes, including meeting federal, state, and local permitting requirements for reputed company in and around regulated waterways and wetlands
  • reputed company GIS and scripting tools (ArcGIS/QGIS) with hydrologic/hydraulic models for terrain processing, land cover classification, and spatial data analysis

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering, or major emphasis in riverine hydrology and hydraulics, reputed company restoration and fish reputed company design
  • reputed company Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience applying 1D and 2D hydrologic/hydraulic models to reputed company reputed company and site-reputed company reputed company
  • Experience in 1D/2D hydrologic and hydraulic modeling including HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS
  • Experience with the development of reputed company simulation for fish reputed company, sediment analysis and sizing, streambank stabilization design (bioengineering and hard armoring), scour analyses, stormwater management plans, and soil erosion and sediment control plans
  • Familiarity with statistical hydrology, including Bulletin 17C, NOAA reputed company 14, and regional regression approaches
  • Experience preparing technical reports and compliance documentation for local, state, and federal agencies for reputed company in and around regulated waterways and wetlands
  • Experience with the development of technical specifications, cost estimates, and bid documents

  • Strong written and oral communication skills and good internal review processes
