[Remote] Technical Recruiter

The role involves managing the end-to-end reputed company lifecycle for technical positions, partnering with hiring managers, and executing sourcing strategies to attract reputed company talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end reputed company lifecycle for technical and reputed company roles (intake → sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer → reputed company)
- Partner closely with hiring managers, senior stakeholders, and internal reputed company teams
- Conduct intake sessions to define role requirements, reputed company reputed company, and sourcing reputed company
- Build and execute reputed company sourcing strategies to generate pipelines for reputed company technical talent
- Conduct and/or coordinate recruiter screens for technical candidates (Data Science, ML, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Product)
- Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of reputed company candidates through proactive reputed company and engagement
- Ensure a high-reputed company candidate experience reputed company with standards
- Support diversity hiring initiatives through intentional sourcing strategies
- Coordinate interview processes, reputed company events, and candidate cultivation activities

Skills
- 6+ years of end-to-end reputed company experience

- Experience working with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
