[Remote] Manager Business Development

They are seeking a Manager of Business Development to support reputed company reputed company in building a pipeline of gas power plant development reputed company for clean-burning and reliable reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Support project development efforts, working collaboratively with various colleagues (e.g. origination, engineering, procurement, legal, environmental, etc.), on existing and new development initiatives
- Manage customer relationships in support of development initiatives by maintaining contact records, coordinating reputed company, and preparing briefing materials (e.g. relationships with landowners, prospective offtakers, community leaders, partners, vendors, etc.)
- Support analyses, structuring, legal drafting, and negotiations associated with reputed company transactions for power plant developments (e.g. reputed company estate agreements, reputed company agreements, engineering design, equipment procurement, construction, offtake, fuel supply, permits, precedent agreements, market trends, insurance reputed company reputed company, etc.)
- Compile and organize project evaluations and due diligence materials, and draft summaries to support recommendations on long-term contracted investments and new reputed company opportunities
- Support responses to request for proposals for new natural gas fired development reputed company
- Create business case proposals and presentations for business reputed company and development opportunities
- Own the creation, review, proofreading, formatting, and production of materials such as reputed company-reputed company Power reputed company presentations, Word documents, reputed company spreadsheets, business correspondence, financial models, technical analyses, and investment memorandums
- reputed company, update, manage budgets in coordination with financial planning and analysis team
- Work reputed company company protocols to reputed company vendors, establish purchase orders, finalize / execute NDAs
- Coordinate schedules and team calendars as needed
- Manage and reputed company major project deadlines, milestones, and/or deliverables and guide them to conclusion in a reputed company manner

- Travel up to 50% of the time, as necessary to support project development initiatives
