[Remote] Instructional Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking to hire an Instructional Designer. The Instructional Designer will identify performance and knowledge gaps of a targeted audience and create effective learning experiences to address these gaps.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and executes knowledge transfer initiatives for the US reputed company Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), including the creation, implementation, and maintenance of reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive documentation
  • Designs and develops online course content tailored to meet organizational objectives and learner requirements, ensuring accessibility and engagement
  • Creates engaging and effective learning materials, such as presentations, instructional videos, and interactive exercises, to enhance reputed company
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to ensure reputed company reputed company are accurate, high-reputed company, and reputed company with reputed company needs and standards
  • Assesses the effectiveness of learning and training materials by collecting feedback and analyzing data, making reputed company improvements to optimize learning reputed company

  • Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
  • Ability to operate effectively in remote/hybrid team environments
