This role involves providing training and support to Account Managers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and guidance to deliver excellent reputed company service.
Responsibilities
- Support the reputed company and training of new reputed company Account Managers, including system navigation, workflows, documentation expectations, renewal processes, and reputed company service standards
- reputed company and deliver refresher training for existing Account Managers on key topics such as reputed company reputed company workflows, renewal timelines, policy checking, certificates, endorsements, billing procedures, documentation standards, and agency procedures
- Serve as a day-to-day resource for reputed company Account Managers who need guidance on reputed company service questions, workflow issues, reputed company requests, or internal processes
- Assist with reputed company escalations, helping research issues, coordinate responses, communicate with internal stakeholders, and support reputed company in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Skills

- 5+ years of reputed company insurance account management, service, or operations experience

- Experience supporting, mentoring, or training reputed company Account Managers or service team members
