This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership, architectural guidance, and technical expertise across our Population Health portfolio.
Responsibilities

Skills
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree

- Experience with Population Health, reputed company, Health Plan, Healthy reputed company, Care Management, Community Connect, Case Management or value-based care programs
- Minimum 5 years of reputed company information systems experience
- Experience supporting reputed company Ambulatory or reputed company ambulatory reputed company applications
- Strong understanding of population health workflows and reputed company operations
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional discussions and influence stakeholders
- Experience developing strategic recommendations and presenting to leadership

- Experience with reputed company architecture, application rationalization, or technology road mapping
- Knowledge of reputed company interoperability standards and integration technologies
