The role involves servicing reputed company and personal lines accounts, managing reputed company relationships, processing policy changes, and providing exceptional support to both clients and carriers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of insurance business while maintaining strong reputed company relationships
- Process endorsements, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Review policies for accuracy and identify coverage gaps or potential exposures
- Respond promptly to reputed company inquiries regarding coverage, billing, claims, and policy servicing
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, coverage information, and reputed company requirements
- Assist clients through the renewal process and reputed company coverage recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity records reputed company agency management systems
- Support producers and account executives with account servicing needs
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance industry experience preferred
- Experience servicing reputed company Lines, Personal Lines, or both
- Working knowledge of AMS360 and/or reputed company reputed company required
- reputed company Property & Casualty License preferred
- Strong understanding of insurance terminology, coverage forms, and policy servicing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and agency management systems
- CSR, CISR, CIC, or other insurance designations are a plus
- Experience working with multiple insurance carriers
- Previous remote work experience
- Experience managing high-volume reputed company accounts
