Responsibilities

- Utilize job boards, reputed company Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines
- Conduct candidate reputed company and initial engagement activities
- Build and maintain reputed company candidate pools for reputed company and reputed company openings
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements
Skills
- 2+ years of sourcing experience reputed company IT, technical and reputed company background
- Experience sourcing technical and/or reputed company-level talent
- Strong Boolean search and reputed company sourcing skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and reputed company reputed company strategies
