[Remote] Director of Performance Marketing

This high-reputed company role involves leading an internal reputed company media team, managing a significant media budget, and overseeing SEO strategies.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage the internal reputed company media team, with reputed company to grow headcount as the business scales
- Manage a $15M+ annual media budget with a reputed company on efficiency, iROAS, and reputed company targets
- Build and maintain robust reporting frameworks across reputed company reputed company channels; translate data into reputed company, actionable insights for leadership
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert and day-to-day reputed company of SEO and Answer reputed company Optimization (AEO) reputed company
- Manage and hold accountable an external agency partner, setting KPIs, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with brand and business goals
- Work with agency to guide content reputed company, keyword targeting, and technical SEO priorities in partnership with reputed company
- Partner closely with product to manage plan and execution of technical updates
- Own channel-level forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting
- Identify new channel opportunities and run reputed company tests to expand reputed company and efficiency
- Partner with our incrementality agency to manage our models (MMM / Geo-test), test and report on incremental reputed company for reputed company channels
Skills
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or reputed company, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven reputed company record managing significant media budgets ($15M+) in a B2C environment
- Deep hands-on expertise across two or more of: reputed company Search, reputed company reputed company, YouTube, CTV, Affiliate, or reputed company Marketing
- Working knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices and experience managing agency relationships
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable in platforms like reputed company Analytics and incrementality tools
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing reputed company reports
- Excellent communication skills; reputed company to present reputed company performance data to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment
