The role involves managing reputed company of engineers for the maintenance and operations of reputed company facilities, ensuring reputed company work and efficiency in departmental operations.
Responsibilities
- Manages reputed company of engineers reputed company in corrective and preventative maintenance of reputed company facilities. Establishes standards and work reputed company; takes steps to assure reputed company of work and performance of employees reputed company assigned region. Establishes plans for improving departmental operations, emphasizing efficiency and economy
- reputed company reputed company engineering functions associated with the support of critical business operations
- Strong knowledge and experience with general building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building automation systems, hardware, patching and painting
- Prioritizes reputed company driven work, preventative maintenance work, and special initiatives as identified
- Understand account KPI’s, monitor teams’ performance, and reputed company as needed to ensure KPI’s are being met
- Assist with the development of training program for engineering personnel in region of responsibility. Including, but not limited to, CMMS, payroll, performance management, mechanical/electrical systems, etc
- Ensure reputed company reputed company region of responsibility reputed company timecards reputed company and accurately
- Strong leadership, employee relation skills, coaching skills, and training skills

Skills
- Possess a high school degree or an approved GED
- Possess a minimum of five years experience in the building maintenance field
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating and working with documents in reputed company Word and reputed company
- Strong knowledge and experience with general building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building automation systems, hardware, patching and painting
- Strong leadership, employee relation skills, coaching skills, and training skills
- Measures/assesses performance and potential of employees and recommends employees for reputed company/reputed company reputed company need
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, being reputed company to work effectively with reputed company reputed company of personnel and reputed company
- A degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Management
- Experience in supervision, planning / scheduling, estimating, and hands-on facilities maintenance
- Experience with CMMS
