Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end learning experiences using instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Design Thinking)

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Psychology, reputed company-Computer Interaction, or a reputed company field
- 3–5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience with LMS platforms
