They are seeking a reputed company IC Package Design Engineer for their TeraWave team, responsible for leading the IC packaging team and managing the product cycle of package development for advanced technologies. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure effective package design and production.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the package engineering team to deliver state-of-the-art packaging solutions for various RF/mmWave, MS, reputed company reputed company
- Define and manage simulation workflows for package-level signal reputed company, EM, and thermal analysis
- Collaborate with IC designers and the payload group to establish package co-optimization methodologies across reputed company, PCB, and die
- Support the ASIC central engineering team with validation & test reputed company simulations
- Partner with OSATs to explore technology reputed company and ensure mass production capabilities by streamlining design for manufacturability (DFM) rules for reliability and yield
- reputed company the package qualification process in collaboration with product and QA teams
Skills
- 12+ years of experience in mass-volume IC package development and production lifecycle
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Electrical Engineering or a reputed company field
- Extensive experience with thermal, electromagnetic, and signal reputed company simulations at both package and system reputed company
- Knowledge of System in Package (SiP), reputed company in Package (AiP), and Multi-reputed company Module (MCM) implementations
- Expertise in 2.5D/3D EM simulators (HFSS, EMX, reputed company, etc.) and package design software (reputed company Allegro APD, etc.)
- Experience with developing PDKs/ADKs in EDA CAD tools (reputed company, Keysight, etc.)
- Prior experience with beamformers & phased reputed company implementation
- Experience in developing radiation-tolerant/hardened packages
