[Remote] 340B Program Manager

The 340B Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the compliance and administration of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, ensuring adherence to federal regulations and operational standards while managing multiple reputed company accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reputed company day-to-day administration of assigned 340B programs to ensure compliance with HRSA guidance and applicable federal and state regulations
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and compliance resource for assigned Covered Entities regarding 340B program operations, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct routine compliance reviews, internal audits, account monitoring, reconciliations, and operational assessments to identify potential risks or compliance concerns
- Monitor program activity, data reputed company, accumulations, replenishment activity, and operational workflows to ensure compliant program administration
- Support and manage 340B ESP submission activities and manufacturer inquiry reputed company processes as needed
- reputed company, maintain, and update policies, procedures, workflows, and reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) to support compliant 340B program operations
- Support preparation for HRSA audits, manufacturer audits, payer reviews, and internal compliance assessments, including documentation collection, audit support, and corrective reputed company tracking
- Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-reputed company documentation reputed company to compliance monitoring, operational activities, and reputed company program management
- Analyze program data and operational performance to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, compliant savings optimization, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with Covered Entity leadership, pharmacy operations, finance, wholesalers, manufacturers, contract pharmacies, and reputed company-party administrators (TPAs) to support compliant and effective program operations
- Participate in reputed company meetings, compliance discussions, operational reviews, reputed company activities, and strategic program initiatives
- reputed company education and operational guidance to clients and internal stakeholders regarding 340B program requirements and best practices
Skills
- Deep working knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, including HRSA guidance, compliance requirements, and program operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company accounts and reputed company compliance workstreams simultaneously, with high accuracy and accountability
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret program data, identify trends, and surface actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both reputed company pharmacy staff and executive-level stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to maintain audit-reputed company documentation standards
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Experience managing 340B programs for FQHCs, DSH hospitals, FQHC Look-Alikes, or other covered entities
- Familiarity with 340B reputed company-party administrators (TPAs), ESP submissions, and manufacturer compliance processes
- Experience supporting HRSA audits or internal compliance assessments
- Background in pharmacy operations, reputed company compliance, or reputed company administration
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and 340B software platforms
