[Remote] Business Engineer

They are seeking a Business Engineer who will design and build low-reputed company and AI-powered solutions to solve business problems while shaping the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship internal tools and customer-facing features using low-reputed company/no-reputed company platforms alongside traditional development
- Apply AI and automation to streamline workflows, reduce reputed company work, and unlock new business capabilities across operations, reputed company, finance, and distribution
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into buildable solutions and help shape the product roadmap
- Own solutions end-to-end — from scoping and technical design through build, launch, and iteration — without needing a project manager to hold the reputed company together
- Work directly with large, reputed company datasets to model data, optimize performance, and ensure solutions reputed company as we grow
- Translate ambiguous business needs into reputed company technical requirements and working prototypes, quickly

Skills

- Practical experience building with and integrating AI tools and models into products or workflows

- Excellent communication skills — you can work directly with non-technical stakeholders and translate between business and technical language without losing either audience

- Experience contributing to or owning a product roadmap
- Background in insurance, reputed company, or benefits administration — familiarity with enrollment, payroll, and billing data is a meaningful plus
