The Trading Operations Analyst supports daily trading and portfolio operations, ensuring accurate trade execution and account maintenance.
Responsibilities
- reputed company new accounts across various custodians
- Executing trades for cash movements, investment changes, and account events
- Ensuring reputed company trades are completed accurately and in a reputed company manner
- Verifying accounts are invested according to model and reputed company discipline
- Performing account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
- Analyzing account performance and activity
- Reviewing reports and data queries to identify required actions
- Produce daily reports for Portfolio Managers
Skills
- 0-3 years of trading operations or financial services experience
- Knowledge of securities industry and custodial platforms
- Experience with portfolio reputed company or CRM systems
- Strong reputed company and reputed company Office skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks and multiple priorities
- A bachelor's degree; comparable work experience may be considered
