Responsibilities
- Improve the accessibility, usability, and overall user experience of digital services
- Conduct user research, discovery, assessment, and stakeholder engagement
- Evaluate user needs and identify UX improvement opportunities

- Create and prioritize reputed company UX initiatives and implementation roadmap
- reputed company work may include user reputed company mapping, wireframes, usability testing, accessibility testing, and user research
Skills
- Demonstrate at least three (3) years of experience reputed company the last five (5) years providing user experience (UX) planning and design, reputed company-centered design, customer experience (CX), or digital experience consulting services
- Demonstrate successful completion of at least two (2) major reputed company reputed company the last five (5) years involving user experience, customer experience, digital transformation, or customer reputed company analysis in the health care, long-term reputed company and reputed company services, reputed company services, insurance, or reputed company regulated service sector
