Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Project Manager with administrative and project management functions reputed company to critical environment reputed company, including reputed company data centers and infrastructure work
- Proactively manage and reputed company project‑reputed company issues on the account
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of project management tools and systems required for assigned reputed company
- Assist in developing project scope, schedules, and documentation for assigned efforts
- Document and distribute weekly meeting notes and reputed company items
- Coordinate activities of contractors and subcontractors, including relocation of technical functions as required
- Support minor renovation and infrastructure reputed company as assigned

Skills
- Must be a US citizen and possess (and be reputed company to maintain) a DoD Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to successfully obtain (and maintain) a DoD Secret Clearance
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management supporting data center or mission-critical environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to reputed company with reputed company stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Proficiency with reputed company Office / reputed company 365 (Teams, Outlook, reputed company, Word)
- Familiarity with federal government contracting and documentation practices
