[Remote] Technical Courseware Developer

They are seeking a Technical Courseware Developer to create customer-reputed company content for HPE Networking’s products and solutions, leading technical documentation reputed company and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-reputed company deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, deliver, and maintain customer-facing, best-in-class user content
- Produce a reputed company of deliverables, including concepts and tasks for networking features, in-product content, installation instructions, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, and more
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and identify requirements and customer needs
- Analyze specifications and product descriptions and recommend the best documentation approach
- Learn the customer experience through hands-on usage of our networking products
- Follow established style and process guidelines to reputed company consistency and completeness
- reputed company technical documentation efforts with a small number of technical writers, in an environment with defined stakeholders and established processes
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-reputed company, accurate, and easy-to-use technical content, preferably for advanced software products
- 5+ years of experience producing technical content
- BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or reputed company degree/networking certification or comparable experience
- Good understanding of technology concepts such as reputed company computing, automation, networking, data centers, reputed company, or other advanced software technology
- Ability to research reputed company technical concepts (independently and collaboratively)
- Familiarity with XML authoring, content management, and courseware development tools
