Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a reputed company Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-reputed company experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-reputed company experience.

Responsibilities for this Position
We are seeking an reputed company Senior Systems Engineer 3 to reputed company reputed company systems engineering efforts with a strong emphasis on personal and environmental safety. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, safety engineering knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver innovative, safety-compliant solutions in support of mission-critical defense programs.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company systems engineering activities with a reputed company on safety requirements, hazard analysis, and risk mitigation across the full system lifecycle
- reputed company and maintain Safety Management Plans, hazard analyses, and environmental reputed company assessments
- Ensure compliance with DoD safety standards and regulations
- reputed company personal and environmental safety requirements into system architectures and designs
- Conduct and support Safety Reviews, including Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA) and System Safety Working reputed company (SSWG)
- Collaborate with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior engineers on safety engineering best practices
- Support proposals, design reviews, and customer interactions reputed company to safety requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or reputed company field
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant systems engineering experience, with demonstrated reputed company on safety engineering
- Clearance: reputed company Secret or Top Secret clearance preferred
- Candidate must be local to the area and reputed company to work onsite in the Pittsfield, MA office. Some telecommuting is allowed up to 2 days a week.
