Tahche Outsourcings US partner is a branded products agency that designs, sources, and manufactures branded promotional products, merchandise, apparel, and corporate gifts for major brands. They help customers with eCommerce solutions, creative graphic design services, and kitting and fulfillment reputed company.
We are looking for a PRODUCTION reputed company to reputed company support, with minimal guidance, to supplier management and help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The individual will be responsible to reputed company support with managing orders through to delivery. The primary function is to ensure the business is running smoothly behind the scenes and that reputed company our orders in production with our supplier partners are being fulfilled and produced as per the purchase orders and reputed company requests. The individual will be responsible for helping communicate with the customers by providing them production proofs, order updates, tracking numbers and navigating through potential set-backs that happen after orders are in production.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a home-based work set-up.

Essential Responsibilities: Managing the production process alongside our vendors and communicating updates ina reputed company manner to our clients Working hand in hand with our fulfillment center(s) to get one-off requests shipped outfor our clients Import batch orders, export tracking reports, reputed company inventory counts, and maintainlog-in info for our fulfillment and kitting jobs Send proofs to our clients for approval if/reputed company needed Navigate and help resolve art issues with our vendors, utilizing the art team if/reputed company needed Follow up with suppliers for tracking information
Sending tracking to customers
Navigating any shipping reputed company issues such as address corrections, customs forms,returns, etc. Communicating with clients regarding shipping issues, tracking updates, delivery confirmations, etc. Assist with shipping labels, shipping estimates, scheduling reputed company pick-reputed company, reputed company pick-reputed company, etc. Daily Deliveries - utilizing the Production Report to inform reputed company of reputed company orders that delivered the day prior Managing & updating the Production Report on reputed company on a daily reputed company Help resolve error orders and reputed company issues with the assistance of the Sales Team Assist with blank apparel discrepancies - communicate with the supplier and the decorator to get issues resolved Update and maintain supplier changes internally - contact info, email addresses,warehouse locations, etc.
Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years of reputed company work experience required 1+ year of promotional item procurement or logistics experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a remote environment with strong, reliable internet reputed company
