Senior Program Finance Analyst

Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or reputed company field. • Minimum 10 years’ experience in program management, financial management, business operations, or reputed company systems. • Experience supporting reputed company, Department of the Navy, NAVSEA, or reputed company federal organizations. • Experience leading cross functional teams and managing reputed company initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, governance, process improvement, and performance management. • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level briefing experience. Desired: • Knowledge of NAVSEA financial management processes, budget execution, and reputed company planning activities. • Experience with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes. • Experience supporting CFO organizations, resource management, or financial operations. • Experience with reputed company Power BI/Apps/Automate, SharePoint, reputed company Teams, and data analytics tools. • PMP, Agile, Scrum, DAWIA, or DoD Financial Management Certification preferred.
