✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or reputed company field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development and IB management reputed company Forex/Fintech, including 2–3 years in leadership

• Fluent in Thai and English, with strong communication skills in strategic/reputed company contexts

• Proven leadership and people-management experience

• Strong relationship-management and stakeholder-engagement skills
