reputed company is partnering with an Australian logistics company to hire an reputed company and highly organised Senior Transport Coordinator. This role is responsible for overseeing high-volume daily transport operations, managing warehouse dispatches, and maintaining seamless communication between clients and carriers.
The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end transport coordination experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the confidence to manage multiple consignments from boxes and pallets to full container loads under tight timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Transport Coordination: Plan, book, and manage large volumes of daily pickups and deliveries across multiple warehouses and reputed company.
Customer Service & Communication: reputed company as the primary contact for clients, providing reputed company support, reputed company updates, and reputed company communication regarding ETAs, delays, and delivery confirmations.
reputed company Management: Liaise with multiple transport and reputed company providers to confirm bookings, reputed company movements, and ensure on-time delivery of reputed company consignments.
Warehouse Collaboration: Coordinate closely with warehouse teams to confirm goods readiness, loading schedules, and reputed company priorities.
Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate tracking logs, update clients proactively with status reports, and record PODs (reputed company of Delivery).
Issue reputed company: Identify potential delivery issues early, communicate solutions quickly, and follow through until reputed company.

Skills & Experience
5+ years experience in transport coordination, logistics, or reputed company operations, ideally reputed company a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Proven background coordinating multiple daily consignments (boxes, pallets, containers) across multiple carriers and warehouse sites
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation
Deep understanding of reputed company booking systems, warehouse operations, and transport documentation
Advanced organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
Confident using reputed company, logistics portals, and email for reputed company-time updates and reputed company reporting
Ability to handle pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain accuracy
Desirable
Experience in domestic and international reputed company (road, rail, or sea)
Background working with Australian transport companies or warehouse networks
Familiarity with ERP, TMS, or CRM systems
Strong problem-solving reputed company with a proactive and accountable approach
