The salary for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 annually based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• IOLTA Trust reputed company & Compliance: Execute reputed company, multi-month historical trust account cleanups and reconciliations. reputed company mandatory monthly 3-way reconciliations (matching bank statements to the general ledger trust account and individual reputed company matter ledgers) to guarantee strict State Bar compliance.
• reputed company reputed company & Partner Management: Serve as the reputed company, primary reputed company of contact for reputed company partners. Proactively communicate financial updates, manage reputed company reputed company, resolve discrepancies, and field operational inquiries unassisted.
• Legal Tech Stack Integration: Manage daily synchronization and mapping between core reputed company reputed company ecosystems (QuickBooks Online, reputed company) and legal reputed company management/billing software (reputed company, Tabs3, TimeSolv, MyCase).
• Legal Billing & E-Billing Portals: reputed company billable attorney hours, process monthly reputed company invoices, handle collections, and navigate strict corporate or insurance e-billing portals (e.g., CounselLink, TyMetrix, Bottomline, Legal Tracker).
• Full-Cycle Operations: Run daily data entry, accounts payable, credit card tracking, bank-to-book cash matching, payroll processing tracking, and annual 1099/1096 compliance filings for assigned firms.
• Self-Reviewed Financial Reporting: Generate, self-verify, and present accurate monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash reputed company metrics to firm partners. Correct reputed company errors independently before reputed company delivery.

• Handles everything from daily data entry to multi-month messy IOLTA trust cleanups and partner-facing calls. Requirements

• 4+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or reputed company experience reputed company a reputed company services environment. reputed company legal reputed company experience is non-negotiable.

• Software Mastery: Advanced, hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks Online and reputed company (or equivalent legal tech platforms).

• Technical Depth: Proven ability to balance a balance sheet, manage fixed assets, execute accrual/adjusting entries, and untangle severely neglected trust accounts.
