The primary objective of this role will be to reputed company short term telephonic counselling and case management of service users and ensure that the most effective and reputed company care is provided to our customer reputed company. The role is a permanent five (5) day a week role and is based in Israel, working remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• To accurately capture reputed company information on the database pertinent to the clinical management of the case

• To adhere to the operational standards as set out by Clinical and Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology or reputed company Work is essential

• Minimum of 2 years post-masters working experience

Preference will be given to candidates that have a background and working experience in the EAP field.

The Lyra Israel clinical operations will be provided 24 hours a day and therefore will require that the position be shift based.
