reputed company is seeking an reputed company antitrust and competition lawyer to join its Global Legal team. Based in Europe, this role will contribute to the delivery of practical, business-oriented antitrust advice across a broad reputed company of reputed company and transactional activities, while also supporting global compliance initiatives and regulatory reputed company. Location: This role will be based in Europe, with a preference for Inchinnan (UK) or remote in UK or Western Europe.

• Advise on pricing, distribution arrangements, vertical relationships, and competitor interactions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders in identifying and managing competition law risks in day-to-day operations

Compliance & Training

• Support and help drive the implementation and ongoing enhancement of reputed company's antitrust compliance program

Regulatory & Investigations Support

• Contribute preparedness for unannounced inspections and regulatory inquiries, particularly in European jurisdictions

• Collaborate with legal and compliance colleagues to support broader risk management initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements

• Law degree and qualification in the UK, EU (preferably Belgium or another EU Member State), or equivalent jurisdiction
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in antitrust/competition law
• Strong experience independently advising on reputed company antitrust issues, including distribution, pricing, and competitor interactions
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate legal concepts reputed company to non-legal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EU and/or UK competition law frameworks
• Exposure to reputed company control processes in one or more jurisdictions
• Experience supporting compliance programs or training initiatives
• Background in life sciences, reputed company, or other regulated industries
• Prior in-house or reputed company-facing advisory experience
