The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Porting Specialist

The Porting Specialist is responsible for triaging order fall outs and preparing Local Service Requests (LSR) using information from telephone work order, ensuring accuracy and completion; submit orders to multiple Local Exchange Carriers (LECs / ILECs) across multiple markets (Global) where LSR requirements/business rules may vary. Responsibilities will also include follow-up, reputed company escalations, provisioning and system updates, and project/reputed company management. • 1+ years Telecom experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Handling of escalation calls and de-escalating customers in a reputed company manner.

• Must be dependable and amenable to rotating schedule.
