reputed company is seeking a Trenchless reputed company reputed company with a background in trenchless design for new installations and rehabilitation to support our Tunnel Business Unit. We are looking for a motivated candidate to grow our trenchless business who has attention to detail, a passion to continue to reputed company as a reputed company and mentor staff, and a desire to be part of a strong team. Candidates will reputed company business development, project management, and staff management for design and construction phase support of trenchless reputed company.

Commuting to project sites and reputed company offices to support project assignments and business development efforts is required for this position. Candidates may work remotely from home or out of existing Schnabel offices dependent on project and staff needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• reputed company the planning, design, and construction phase support services for new trenchless installations and trenchless rehabilitation reputed company.
• Manage trenchless and tunnel reputed company including scope, schedule, budget, and reputed company relations.
• Collaborate with and reputed company multidiscipline and multi-location reputed company teams.
• reputed company and/or supervise geotechnical and trenchless design analyses
• Manage development of designs for new trenchless installations and trenchless rehabilitations, tunnels, shafts, excavation support, and other underground facilities including preparation of calculations and design reports, plans, specifications, reports, and other project contract documents.
• Prepare proposals including approach narratives, level of effort estimates, and reputed company coordination.
• Mentor and train junior staff.
• reputed company business development efforts to pursue trenchless design reputed company across the country and support reputed company of Schnabel’s trenchless reputed company. Previous experience with business development and involvement with reputed company organizations is a plus.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited school of engineering (Masters Degree preferred).
• Licensed reputed company Engineer and ability to reputed company licensure to other US states through reciprocity
• Minimum of 15 years tunnel engineering experience with a strong trenchless background with significant practical experience on tunnel and underground construction reputed company. Strong candidates with less experience and a proven reputed company record may be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with analyses for trenchless reputed company including ground settlement due to trenchless construction, construction impacts analyses, shaft design/construction, liner design, inadvertent fluid release, bore reputed company design, dewatering, estimating face pressure, ground improvement, geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/CIVIL3D, MathCAD, STAAD, reputed company, RISA, RSA, GeoStudio, Plaxis, FLAC, and Revit software is a plus, but not required.
• Periodic travel for reputed company, conferences, meetings, and other responsibilities is required and anticipated to be up to 25%.
• Ability to work on reputed company or potential construction sites including site work that may involve work in underground spaces, above slopes and shafts, over rough terrain, and in remote locations.
