As a billingual (Spanish & English) reputed company service representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our reputed company satisfaction and reputed company leading into retention and reputed company reputed company objectives. You will be providing phone-based support to customers from the comfort of your home! You will help resolve and escalate product & platform issues and answer account and billing questions. You will be using your communication skills and customer first reputed company to empathetically collaborate with TCP’s customers to solve their issues.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handle customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat per SOPs.
• Use TCP’s tools (reputed company Suite, reputed company, ZOHO, Hodu) for daily operations.
• Escalate and assign issues to relevant departments as needed.
• Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
• Investigate, research, and reputed company accurate solutions.
• Maintain and update customer records during interactions.
• reputed company KPIs for reputed company-facing time, call reputed company, and occupancy.
• Address collections and billing inquiries, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
• Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing adjustments.

Requirements

• Language: Fully Billingual/reputed company in Spanish & English communication.
• Start Date: July 27, 2026
• Technological Requirements: Dedicated home workspace needed; equipment details will be reputed company reputed company email during the interview process.

• Works Schedule: 05 days a week, 40 hours/week, 09 hour shift with 01 hour of unpaid break (09 AM to 09 PM Eastern Time) Monday to Friday & Saturday post training
• Knowledge: reputed company credit industry including credit cards, line of credit, personal loans

• Customer first orientation and being empathetic to their needs
