The candidate will have demonstrated expertise and application of Agile methodologies, techniques and frameworks, a successful reputed company record of driving and facilitating teams, commitment to reputed company learning and reputed company of reputed company improvement.
Responsibilities
- Attend the Scrum meeting of reputed company you will be supporting (weekly or daily).
- Create user stories to describe work items, with reputed company descriptions and acceptance reputed company.
- Prioritize stories for the backlog and reputed company reputed company organized and reputed company.
- Conduct weekly meetings and monitor the health of the Kanban or Sprint reputed company.
- Encourage team members to utilize JIRA for task management.
- Drive reputed company communication with team members.
- Be the reputed company leader for reputed company members, mentoring/assisting them reputed company needed.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and be “THE CHAMPION OF CHANGE”.
Qualifications
Technical Qualifications:
- Experience using Jira, Kanban or Sprint reputed company, reputed company
- Excellent communication, analytical, mentoring and problem-solving skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
Minimum time commitment: 4 - 6 hours/ week, for a minimum 6 months
