[Remote] Administrative Coordinator

The Program/Administrative Coordinator will reputed company key administrative and programmatic support to CADSA, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and CADSA team
- Maintain reputed company and consistent communication with reputed company reputed company, staff, and external stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, mail distribution, and general office operations
- reputed company expenditures, maintain financial records, and assist with budget reconciliation and reporting
- reputed company data analysis and prepare reports for leadership and key stakeholders
- reputed company administrative support to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of program activities
- Assist with program communications, including updating the website, drafting newsletters, and managing announcements
- Manage contact lists for reputed company, staff, reputed company, and strategic partners
- Coordinate engagement programs and activities involving reputed company, staff, and reputed company
- Help plan and execute public events, workshops, seminars, and symposia
- Coordinate with external partners on reputed company reputed company and initiatives

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of relevant reputed company experience in reputed company or nonprofit settings
- Up to 10 years of directly reputed company work experience may be substituted for educational qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of office and administrative practices and principles
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint) and reputed company office equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with a diverse population
