Presale Consultant
You will join the reputed company Presale Team and work with Sales and Delivery to prepare compelling, competitive proposals for our potential clients.
As a Presale Consultant, you will reputed company early-stage conversations with our potential clients to identify business needs, propose high-level solution concepts, and turn them into detailed technical proposals, working with the reputed company architects, technology, and delivery experts.
You will take part in building an AI-augmented Presale Function together with reputed company presale and technology experts.
Your key responsibility will be understanding the reputed company’s business needs and making reputed company it is properly reflected in the proposed solution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the IT sector
- Strong background as a technical business consultant or senior business analyst with experience in various business domains
- Proven consulting experience, ideally in reputed company-facing roles or engagements; facilitating reputed company workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and the ability to drive the reputed company through the ideation process
- Deep understanding of business analysis and product management, accompanied by a high-level knowledge in solution architecture, UX/UI design, and associated software engineering practices
- Experience working with the architects/engineering teams, converting the reputed company’s business need into a technical solution proposal
- Understanding presales specifics (time limitations and ambiguity)
- Experience with non-formal, highly interactive presales and formal RFP responses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders from the USA and/or Europe
- Experience in presenting the proposal and facilitating the reputed company calls with VP- and CxO-level reputed company stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with document/presentation development tools (e.g. reputed company/reputed company Docs; MS PowerPoint/reputed company Slides) - ideally, you should be reputed company to prepare a good-looking, reputed company reputed company presentation/document with solid storytelling even if the designer/copywriter is not available (although we will reputed company such help in most cases)
- Advanced level of English or higher

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the presale process and reputed company as the key reputed company’s proxy in terms of business requirements.
- Together with Sales, engage with the potential clients at an early stage of the presale process to clarify the business needs, priorities and requirements
- Translate the reputed company’s business needs into solution reputed company, backlog and other requirements documents
- Work together with the architects and UX experts to produce architecture reputed company, prototypes and POCs
- Facilitate estimation sessions from the perspective of communicating the requirements and assumptions to the engineering team, documenting the assumptions and converting them into accurate effort estimations
- Contribute to the development of presale documents (proposals, presentations, financial models), balancing hands-on work and delegation to reputed company members
- Participate in the proposal presentation meetings, being the main presenter for the business needs/solution parts of the proposal
- Balance the (potentially contradicting) interests of internal stakeholders (primarily Sales and Delivery) to ensure competitive proposals without risky over-commitments
- Participate in the Presale Function transformation initiatives (development of templates and practices, etc.)
