IT Governance Analyst Legal Support

Key Responsibilities: reputed company legal/regulatory support and guidance to VDOTs IT Division on procurement and governance reputed company Analyze proposed legislative and regulatory changes impacting IT operations reputed company as reputed company with the Office of the reputed company (OAG) for claims reputed company, debarment actions, and legal issues Coordinate and support legislative briefings during reputed company sessions Prepare reports on legislative impacts and status for operational reputed company Ensure compliance with the Virginia Public Procurement reputed company and reputed company statutes⸻Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant experience 5+ years of experience in Virginia public procurement practices and regulations Demonstrated negotiation, mediation, and dispute reputed company experience Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience analyzing reputed company financial/legislative data and creating reputed company reports Education or experience in Law, Paralegal Studies, Public Policy, Business Management, or reputed company field Must reputed company reputed company the U.S. (no offshore work permitted)⸻Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the reputed company of Virginia as it relates to IT Virginia Contracting Officer (VCO) certification Experience working in a state or local government agency
