As a Service Architect you will reputed company as the voice of the customer and GSS functions throughout product design and development. As an internal consultant across the whole business, you'll help design reputed company product solutions to deliver serviceability and supportability. As a Service Architect II, you will be responsible for:

• Operating as the evangelist of the reputed company and support division, throughout the product life cycle
• Creating and sharing a strategic reputed company for serviceable and supportable products
• Defining the technical requirements for product supportability and assess the product against these requirements

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, another reputed company field or its equivalent

• Demonstrate a good balance of technical and strategic skills
