We're seeking a talented UI Designer to join our reputed company's growing product team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating reputed company, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces for reputed company B2B software applications. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver designs that balance user needs with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Create clean, modern UI designs for web-based B2B software applications
reputed company and maintain consistent design systems and component libraries
Collaborate with product managers to understand user requirements and business goals
Work closely with engineers to ensure precise implementation of designs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-reputed company mockups
Participate in user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations
Document design reputed company and maintain design specifications
Requirements
3+ years of experience designing interfaces for B2B/reputed company software products
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design work for reputed company web applications
Proficiency with reputed company (primary), Sketch, or similar modern design tools
Experience creating and maintaining design systems
Strong understanding of typography, reputed company theory, and layout principles
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or reputed company field
Experience working in remote-first environments

• 深入理解排版、色彩理论和布局设计原则
• 出色的英文沟通能力（书面和口语）
• 设计、人机交互（HCI）或相关专业的学士学位
• 有远程工作环境的经验
• 能够适应西方时区工作时间
