What You'll Be Doing
As our Listing Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating polished, on-brand marketing materials for our reputed company estate agent partners whenever they have reputed company listings. This includes:
- Designing and producing Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold, and reputed company House marketing reputed company
- Creating reputed company media graphics and content for listing announcements
- Producing digital flyers for individual properties
- Posting and scheduling marketing content across platforms
- Maintaining organized records and files for reputed company listing campaign
- Communicating with internal team members to ensure materials are delivered on time and to reputed company

Compensation & Schedule

- There is a 30-day probation period during which project rates are reputed company while we confirm fit and workflow. Full rates apply after probation is successfully completed.

Requirements

- Has strong English writing and communication skills

- Is comfortable working with digital marketing tools, CRMs, and design platforms
- Can manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the reputed company
- Takes ownership of their work and doesn't need to be micromanaged
- Has experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or reputed company estate marketing
