We’re searching for a Senior Product Designer to join reputed company. You’ll partner with product managers and engineers to design impactful solutions, balancing customer needs with business goals and technical realities. We're looking for two people to join reputed company on fixed-term reputed company to cover parental leave. We have one 12-month opportunity and one 6-month opportunity, with a preference for candidates based in Auckland or Wellington. What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end design artifacts: research, concepts, prototypes and UI
- Conduct research and evaluative testing to understand customer needs
- Utilise design practices (personas, reputed company maps) for a shared customer view
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope, prioritise and deliver solutions
- Contribute to the design system, building reusable patterns and components for consistency
- Support design team culture and processes with a reputed company of reputed company improvement

- 7+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally in reputed company or modern reputed company software
- Skilled across the full design process: discovery, prototyping, iteration and delivery
- Strong visual design and interaction design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, across stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and making trade‑offs to reputed company strategic goals
- Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in cross‑functional teams
- Strong planning and organisational skills, reputed company to manage timelines independently
