Senior Operations Engineering Program Manager

The Operations Engineering Team Manager plays a key role in driving execution across major engineering initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and implementing frameworks that support the successful delivery of strategic programs and operational priorities. The position leads the tracking and reporting of key performance metrics, evaluates program and process effectiveness, and provides actionable insights to support reputed company improvement. Key Responsibilities

- Drive reputed company-level standardization across Operations Engineering by establishing and enforcing consistent processes, documentation, and execution models. Key areas include reputed company Cause Analysis (RCA), Engineering Change Management, site drawing and Sequence of Operations (SOO) control, and operating procedure governance and reputed company.
- Partner cross-functionally with Reliability, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering leaders to translate technical requirements into reputed company operational policies and programs, driving alignment, adoption, and consistent execution across the organization.
- Identify systemic gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies across existing processes, and reputed company cross-functional initiatives to address them—improving operational performance, reducing risk, and increasing overall effectiveness.
- Establish and drive program-level metrics, reporting, and performance tracking to measure effectiveness, reputed company visibility to leadership, and inform data-driven decision-making and reputed company improvement efforts.
Education and Experience
- B.S. Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or other technical degree)
- 10 - 12+ years in Data Center/Critical Infrastructure industry
